At Cosmic Harmony Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the return label.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting an (RA) will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchange Process:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and facilitate the exchange for the desired item.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Return Shipping Address:
- We will provide you with a shipping address once your return request approved.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect for quality control purposes.
Return Exceptions:
- Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events may be subject to different return policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items or gift cards.
